    AFAIK Medical pass doesn't guarantee your Visa will be approved. Medical is only one of the pre-requisite to get visa.

One of my uncle's friend had 7 years experience after his BE and then he went to Canada on a student visa for MBA. I guess that was in 2010. He's citizen...

    You started working quite late. I am 20 and I already have 1 year experience besides my 3 year diploma after high school :) What I have read in this forum : Age and gap should be justified strongly in SOP. I don't see a problem for you. Get a solid SOP. Good Luck.

    Writing half and half name is absolutely idiotic. They should train their monkeys better ;) If you have given name only, GIC form requires (mandatory with a red star) surname also. In that case your surname is your given name there. There's no problem from visa point there. So if your given...
