Medical updated but no message

I applied for paper based application. Recently i libked it with GCkey. Now there has been update in medical saying "we need your medical information". But, I havent got any message in the CIC account. Is message compulsary?
Since I applied as the university student for MBA. If medical is passed, is there possibility that they will reject the visa ?

AFAIK Medical pass doesn't guarantee your Visa will be approved.

Medical is only one of the pre-requisite to get visa.

I know medical does not gurantee visa, but in paper based application they say that the visa rejection is low after they askes for medical

Who are 'they' and is it documented anywhere by CIC?. My friends visa got rejected
after medical and it was a paper based application.

Also since this is a English based forum for readers all around the world to benefit, I would

I read on this forum that visa rejection after medical request is minimal. Sp hoping for the best

When your application reaches to the stage of medical request, it means the phases before it are passed, which is a positive thing, but can't say visa rejection is minimal, it's just a progress in your application. BTW, leave your number i'll add you in our Nepali whatsapp group.
