same thing that happened to me..i applied as well on 2011..few months right after i received the AOR, i was asked to present a French Diploma (i was given maximum of 6 months to provide the diploma)...then about 10 months later i received my CSQ..

Yah ur ryt...and I think it would be a great advantage and privilege to learn French especially in my case that I came from non-French speaking country...

i did not say that i will not land and settle in quebec. in fact i have an aunt in quebec and i will be staying there when we land next year...I am just asking a member if he/she has a plan of moving out from quebec..did i make any statement in this forum that i will not settle in...

my visa office is in Manila..selection certificate was in BIQ hongkong

so what are your plans then if you come to quebec?
