Based on my application, it took a year before I received my selection certificate..fortunately I didn't go into an interviewr process because they waived it..about the basis of waiving an interview, I'm not really sure though... But I think since I had a masters degree, I had 9 years work...

hello, next would be your selection certificate...its either they will send you an email for the schedule of you interview or they will just going to waive your interview and give directly you selection cert...

if the company has their own standard of COE, use it. But if wala you can make ur own and let them sign..

they are very particular especially with your employment record..their best way of checking your employment record is through your SSS contributions which can be checked online...it doesnt matter whether you only worked for three months or so..
