    Based on my application, it took a year before I received my selection certificate..fortunately I didn't go into an interviewr process because they waived it..about the basis of waiving an interview, I'm not really sure though... But I think since I had a masters degree, I had 9 years work...

    they are very particular especially with your employment record..their best way of checking your employment record is through your SSS contributions which can be checked online...it doesnt matter whether you only worked for three months or so..
