I observed that in some MR mail, immunisation records for kids are requested. what kind of record is d VO expecting? photocopy of immunisation card or letter stating d immunisation received? I need answers please.

yes it is an American Bank. But the DD was issued against the Canadian branch of the Bank, which makes contacting them very logical. thanks mate.
