ashif, I am worried, I have sent my application but it is only my fathers name that was fully mentioned on my birth cert. will this be a basis of rejection?

Re: Stapling Documents they won't loose any sheet. cic request that documents be left unbound also put a responsibility on their officers to exercise care. I am sure they will treat one application per time.

copy is for those who are paying through their Visa Office. Some applicants may no have CC and may not be able to raise DD in canadian dollars in their country of residence, hence the 3rd payment option of using the VO.

fsw processing fee is 550 (this is due now when you send your application) PR fee is 490 ( this is payable after your LVO have reviewed your application and approved a PR visa for you which is at a later stage.)

For FSW the fee is 550 each for the PA and each dependant of 22 years and above as well as those less than 22 years but married. Other depeandants less than 22years and single is 150 each. It is stated clearly on the fee form.
