If you are processing a visa they can know you are outside? I don’t know... I could guess that the only reason is your travel needs. But GCMS notes should show you what is happening. They seem to be giving them out soon these days.

Glad to hear. It took like a week or two for me to get COPR after the COR correction.

What does your Notes 1 and Assessment section say? That’s all what matters now. They need to check everything for your spouse and it’s as if they are starting the case all over again. But with the relationship set as valid and possibly points not going down - there shouldn’t be anything to worry...

Good that VO is in Canada. May be they put a note saying you are outside and set an assignment date according to your return if you had called and told them that you are outside of Canada? Are you trying to come back? If you are inside you can be for sure that there is nothing blocking the COPR...

May be your CoR is set as a country other than Canada even though you were inland in the past? Did you check your GCMS notes? May be you need to prove them that you are inland when you manage to come back? I am wondering whether they are considering you Outland...

The document is valid for one year I believe? But your PR status doesn’t expire just that you may need to get the PR card within a year may be... Please apply for PRTD for returning back to Canada...

So I received the GCMS notes I requested long time back... It does have CoR updated as Canada now. And looks like based on my documents they confirmed that I am in Canada in notes section. And then a week later a officer approved. Hope you get it too soon!
