I got two email from IRCC. Logged in. Case shows Approved. With CoPR numbers for me and my daughter. There are two letters in my online account. Couldn’t download them in two browsers I tried. Should call them I guess. If not will submit a webform too. Anyone else faced this problem before...

Does your Assessment section show Approved? If not a senior officer still needs to review and approve.

2173 - Software. Essential worker is a very subjective term. The list is huge too as what I have heard about it. My main concern is that if a case officer is available to review and finalize my case I don’t see why I should be put in a waiting queue. There is some misunderstanding somewhere.

Thanks for the information. I am trying to prove to IRCC that I reside in Canada and have submitted several documentation for the same. It’s possible that it has also caused some update. The only thing pending in my case is approval and have not got any email or online update yet...
