[Query] IMM5532e | What if you don't know the birthdates and current address of your relatives?

Hi, Did you get your case approved? Was there any issue because of the missing information? Please let me know. I am trying to sponsor for my spouse and we don’t have contacts with his cousins and couldn’t get the details for them.

Just trying to list possibilities for delay... India for example didn’t start international commercial flights I believe. People from USA have been coming to Canada in regular flights. But they are Canadian citizens or people who already have their PR card. Canadians also for example can go to...

Canada schools are opening on September 8th for full 5 days regular school. That’s like back to normal Atleast for kids... How many immigrants they want to allow from which all countries is a big very question PM probably will address soon. Wonder what they did with the survey responses. US...

I just sent the proof as attachment stating me and my daughter are residing inside Canada and would not need to cross border. I gave daughters school report card, Ontario drivers license, and Phone/Internet/TV bill from Bell. Good luck. Try avoid asking the question when will you get approval in...

I requested notes every month since February. That’s what helped me know every detail which happened in my case. CoR was a major one in my case - probably would not be a issue as you may have been in Canada for a year when you applied. The Covid pace group - which puts in a pending state until...

What did the agent say? Do you have a assignment date? Did they put you in Covid pace group? I wonder why you are not getting yet.

I was in the same boat. As per GCMS notes I found three things which I tried to address with them in different means: 1. I was assigned to a group called Covid pace. When I said I am within Canada in a phone call they removed me from it. 2. My case had a assignment date of June 10th. The...

Yes I believe so as someone is looking into your file and renewed medical. Call them. Also in parallel submit GCMS notes request.

Apply for GCMS notes. You can know assignment date, officer notes, any assigned group etc. May help you know where you stand. FSW O folks are all on hold probably because of border closures and also VAC/VO closures/limited operations. There are a lot of FSW O candidates waiting like you :(

That’s where I believe every webform, GCMS notes request, phone call helps - to poke them to open the file. Documents and information in webform helps a lot - but avoid anything which will make you ineligible or reduce points. I hated contacting them. But had I not, I think case would still be...

Assignment date is common. Groups isn’t. But I don’t think either one is mandatory.

A senior officer probably needs to review and approve. I wouldn’t be worried. Security always stays blank. Is there a assignment day? And are you assigned to any group?

Interesting that it’s a US citizen, also to note that it’s a early November AOR date. But still a good news for outlanders!
