I'll suggest you send the fingerprint forms along with your passports when you receive PPR and AVO may request for an updated PCC. I don't think the omission will be an issue at this point.

Thanks nerylanmi. I have never obtained a Canadian visa before and I didn't submit police certificate at any point. Like you have advised, I process and keep. I just don't want it requested for later when I could have sent it along with the passports. Thanks
