The invitation ought to be sent to MR recipients at the minimum or if PPR has been received. If you use IOM for your medicals,you could be handed the leaflet as well.( I got both an email and the invitation at IOM.) But whatever the case, you will need to make a reservation as they will tell you...

Got the same mail shortly after my medical forms dropped last week. I made a reservation but the August and September dates are not convenient for me. You can always apply for a latter date before your departure from Nigeria if you are interested.
