@LCM21 The instruction guide and the document checklist clearly states that PCC can be sent at a later time. So don't worry about your application being returned. They should NEVER EVER return a package because of missing PCC. And about meeting people in the forum, I'm sure no one wants to meet...

Most of all, the important thing to focus here is that you should have a valid work permit when you apply for WP extension or BOWP (which you do .. Even though it will expire in 3 weeks). There is no need to be confused here LCM21 because if you wait for AOR then there is no way you can apply...
