Most likely in November you will get your DM.

The reason its going to show late on your ecas is coz you done with your medicals on Sep 21. Everyone else done with there medicals on Sep 11 or Sep 12 and there ecas is updated to medical received. So wait for another week or so and they will update your ecas.
