Yes, I totally agree with you. That's what I mentioned in my previous post as applicants who applied in the month of May 2015 can expect to get their DM or PPR's in about 4 months which is going to be month of May 2016. As regarding timelines, I know CIC works in different ways and they work...

Expect some delays in DM as I have been waiting from last 4 months for DM after medicals received. So May 2015 applicants probably have to wait another 4 months to expect DM and PPR's.

I am sure you will be getting your PR visa stamped until April 2016. Coz you did your Medicals in April 2015. May be that's the reason they send you PPR early. It can be either stamped until April or July.
