How you going to make up the plans? I heard that no one will be allowed to enter Canada if they don't have PR card with them. For that you need to have permanent resident travel document which you can only apply outside of Canada. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/newcomers/about-pr.asp

Yes, I am expecting to get it in Feb month if the processing time continues like this. In my GCMS, I am done with everything except Security part.

As per my opinion. 1 year due date is given in gcms notes once they received your medicals. And you can do landing before that period. So once you receive your Passport back you going to see the landing due date that's going to be in may 2016.

As per my experience, once they started processing your application they set 1 year due date period from that time. This is 15 months time frame because applicants usually gets AOR in 3-4 months and after receiving AOR there processing starts. But they try to clear 80% of the cases in 8 months...
