I think that's your due date in terms of your VO processing deadlines. You're more than likely to receive PR before then! And I can only guess that RC is the officer taking a look at your case. Just a guess though but hopefully this gives you an idea :)

Why is this? Once you land you're a perminent resident and only have to live in Canada for 3 of 5 years (or 2 I can't remember) to keep PR. Why would they revoke it?
