You need to physically live in Canada for 2 years out of the 5 years. So I'm assuming your PR card will expire in August 2018. So if you come back in June 2016 and stay the remainder of that time you should be fine. As long as you've lived in Canada for atleast 2 years you'll be fine.

If you've put in an email on your application you will receive an email :) Only for your half (AOR AND SA). For his part he would get mail but ottawa doesn't send AOR 2's so if they request something from him they will mail him.

Are you currently "living" with your husband in Canada or are you just visiting often? I know for me there was a point where I was visiting my husband every month for a week at a time and they didn't bat an eye. Are you looking into staying with him until your application is finished?

You will need to pay online and attach the receipt to your application! Make sure you pay all of them to not cause any delays on your application :)

Do you have an ECAS account? You can change your address there. If not, then contact your VO and get them to change it.
