I have had 3 different communications from NDVO. 2 of them were through post letter and 1 was E-mail ( which was incomplete ) and then received that same incomplete E-mail communication through Post letter couple of days later. Basically, its all confusing !!

I did MP enquiry on 7th July and was informed that my initial assessment was completed on 25th April. And due to my PCC request, my file was put up on Hold but they Re-opened it on 5th July and I can expect to hear from NDVO by 20th Aug (4-6 weeks from the date of MP Enquiry), and if not then I...

PCC was requested on May 26th after Re-meds and was submitted on 8th June. 2 months and 8 days since PCC submission and still nothing so far. >:( >:(

Seriously, strong feeling now that NDVO has put on hold majority of MAY files and have moved forward !! >:( >:(

8th May applicant. Same as in my case !! Criminality check not initiated as of 8th July, eligibility assessment completed on 25th April... Re-meds completed on 20th May. contacted MP and was informed that I will hear something by August 20th and if not, then should contact MP again in last week...

That wont be a problem at all. My wife was with me here for 5 months !!

MAY 8 applicant here and I was informed the same thing by MP except for that 19 months thing !! But furthermore was informed that I should expect to hear something by mid AUG now... Submitted ADR (PCC) on June 6th.

They just ruining our lives !! MAY 8 applicant and according to MP on July 6th, only criminality check was pending and would hear from NDVO by mid August... Don't know what they are doing with majority of MAY files pending >:( >:( >:(

yeah I did MP enquiry and same answer that criminality check is initiated. All initial assessment was completed on 25th April itself. Now, they asked to wait till last week of August to submit another enquiry !! >:( >:( >:(
