I submitted an application for my husband PR in June 2015. Sponsorship started processing in July 2015. Current, CIC timing for outbound spousal application is 13 months processing time.

We are on our last month (13th). By when, can we expect an answer for this PR?

Last week I'll call my mp they said we have to wait until 10 August after that we do enqury they said ndvo take 6to 8 week after medical

Even if you do MP inquiry nothing they do. Just formalitical answers they give. They don't reply of emails aswell. I tried everything. Most disgusting and worst experience with NDVO I'm having. And the worst part is they keep extending processing time. It was 13 months when I applied then 17 months and now over coc.gc.ca it shows 19 months WTF....

I filed for gcms case notes in may and they also came back as all good with the status medical reassesment but so far we haven't receive any letter for medical re assesment..

yeah I did MP enquiry and same answer that criminality check is initiated. All initial assessment was completed on 25th April itself. Now, they asked to wait till last week of August to submit another enquiry !!
