It is not only about the month you apply. I follow other groups about immigration and there I read from pnp pr applicant that applied in July and he got his pr already a couple of weeks ago ( also inland ) not express entry. Cic works in mysterious ways

If she does not do it you have to set up a declaration that your daughter will not do the medical and that you know that she therewith will be forever exempt of family sponsoring and that you wish to proceed without her. Then go get it notarized And send it to cic. This is how you can proceed...

That's correct. Most people I know we're done within 8 to 12 months :) So 11 months is a good average I think :)

You can also apply for ainp yes. Processing times are very different depending on wich industry you are. Just look up the ainp processing times that are right for your industry

It is not about my permit. The times I have given are the ones shown on the cic website

If I look at processing times it shows 144 days for extension with same employer and new employer. And for work permit application ( not extension but first permit ) from within canada it is 3 months

One end July applicant I know got MR two weeks ago. It is not only about the month you applied. MR comes after certain background checks are finished wich takes different time depending on country of origin etc

You mean your license expired ? You can renew your drivers license while under implied status ! You just need to bring the confirmation from citizenship and immigration that has the bar code and the registries in alberta renew the license for 1 year. I would not recommend driving without license...

We never got a letter. We had a phone call and employer had proof that employment is still in place before certificate was issued back then
