I also did the same thing; I left some blanks instead of N/A. My application hasn't been returned and I have received 2 AORs as well as request for medical and proof of cohabitation. So I'm guessing they are okay with it.

Actually with inland you can now get an OWP within 4 months of submitting the application so you no longer have to wait for AIP. This is the pilot program people are talking about.
