Me too., same scenario..I am not sure everyone is getting information in aor in ndvo, local visa office processing start date as many of them directly update medical request date in ss nest to per received date... I request the other memenrs to share their views... Thanks

Yes, i too agree..my gut feeling is the complete applications should be from 0ct 30 to Nov 30. I could not see any charge happening for 4011 after 12 Oct applicant. I feel they will start charging on the complete applications after 02 Jan. All the best to all!!

I do understand ur point. The only thing i am not sure until which date, the completeness check is over. It should have been from Oct 15 to Dec 16..But only time should answer!

We cant predict the second column until which the completeness check is over..in my understanding, no way it should have reached until Nov applicants. CIC is not that fast. However, i wish ur guess should be true and pray for ur application!

There are only 187 applications to fill the cap. I strongly believe NOC 4011 should have been filled with Oct 15 to 30 applicants. U can compare with the cap filled NOCs.

I am afraid NOC 4011 capped with Oct applications itself. 10 Oct is last application i can see in SS got charged. No more charged for the past three days. Now got the CIC update of 813 applications!!! Friends, kindly share ur thoughts!!!

Hope its not mandatory! Its applicable only for main duties and should be few. Reference letter should speak for it! Visa officer will look at reference letter and not scdeule 3. All the best!
