    As u might have expected, this is my guess..i am really not sure! My gut feeling is until dec 31 it wont get capped...but symptoms are really bad!! My suggestion is send appl tom itself..not even single day delay

    One Oct 6 app got charged! Other hot NOC also, whey they update cap, they wont charged for sometime.then they slowly starts charging So dont worry!
