There are always differences in PER receiving date from encashed date. Individual application specific issues will take some time..will be positive in 80% cases. All the best!

No worries...u will get PER soon...happy that I can see charging happening on 15 Dec eventhough u r Sep applicant... Delay is due to further confirmation from senior visa officier may be... As far as it's encashed we are green now...there are only less chances for NER.. All the best!!!!!

] Didnt try to stop ur CC charging after u got ur PER for first application? Write a mail to VO as well as CIC clarifying that will this situation lead to any confusion and delay. All the best!
