Please note that there are so many people like you who does not receive PER and directly got second line update in ECAS. Kindly get in touch with CIC in phone and get ur UCI. My friend is successful after calling more than 15 times. Only some agents will give UCI. Best of Luck.

I had a message in my whatsapp group about return of application on 13 Feb 2014 due to CAP (NOC 4011). Application received date is 20 Nov. Though need to be authenticated from other persons who may also receive their return of application due to cap in next week. Will wait and see!!

My understanding is that due to her canadian Phd and relevant exp, CIC should have picked her application in NOC 4011 itself regardless of CAP. They are doing this for strongly eligible candidates. Do any of our folks witness return of application yet????

You should be getting Ur second line update by this week. I can see many August applicants got their 2nd line last week including one 05 Aug 4011 applicant in SS. All the best!!

Hi Folks, Started this topic to track NDVO processing speed of NOC 4011 PER applications. As per SS, the last medical request received application showed application received date (CIC) of 08 Jul 2014 and PER date of 03 Nov 2014. Also, local visa offices give more preference to Application...

Yes Buddy...I too have the same feeling..even some of the charges happened after 12 Dec (updated in forum) are from sep applicants and not after 16 Oct. My friend has sent applications 15 days after me...he is completely sad now. Wish charging should start again but dont know it will happen...

Thanks a lot. However, i heard like none of my friend's employers got call for verifications. Also, do u feel is there some way to check settlement funds. Its all can be completed within 1 month as i can see this trend in NDVO applicants (From AOR to Medical)..????
