Paid Vacation outside Canada+International Business Trip, Please Clarify!

Hard to say. PNPs (not only OINP) are entering the pool all the time. Someone with your score (439?) shouldn't worry.

Paid Vacation outside Canada+International Business Trip, Please Clarify!

1 - This is a grey area. Generally you will get away with it. 2 - This will not count under CEC. You were outside Canada and no explanation letter will help. Being employed by a Canadian employer is not "Canadian experience" if the work is done outside Canada.

2 weeks less for 2 year work experience, got ITA, should I proceed or decline?

Well everyone agrees that you must meet the cutoff score at the time of eAPR. So if at the time of eAPR you no longer get points for 3 years of experience and that takes you below the cutoff score for your round, you're not eligible anymore.

2 weeks less for 2 year work experience, got ITA, should I proceed or decline?

That doesn't make sense. Are you saying cutoff met at the time of ITA but not at the time of eAPR is Ok? I believe both requirements need to be met. You are taking "or" out of context. ITA Received Today, IELTS score about to expire in two weeks

Not only valid, but if the new scores take OP's EE points below cutoff (based on which he/she got ITA), then OP would be no longer eligible to apply.

Got CEC ITA for 11 months

There is no consequence to declining invite - you can get in line for future draws.

Turning 30 tomorrow.... will CRC score change automatically ?

It will go down regardless, but that wouldn't matter if he already has ITA.

RAY of HOPE 56th Draw (Predictions)

Nonsense. Everyone 400 or above with at least bachelor's has equal chance.

    Claiming 50 points

I don't see any problem as long as the letter is signed by HR, your employer really means it and they can confirm that when (if) VO calls.

    Claiming 50 points

You don't meet the 3rd requirement. Your letter needs to explicitly state that your employment will continue for 1 year after getting PR.

    Eye Color

The dumbest question I've seen in a while.

Post ITA - 60 days for what?

Probably a glitch if that's so -- if they started working on it right away after getting ITA.

Post ITA - 60 days for what?

When you start an online application with mycic it gives you 60 days from the start date to complete the application (you can try it out and see for yourself). That's why asking.
