EE profile without spouse but married

Wouldn't make sense. They won't buy your story. Your spouse is already here so there's no good reason why he/she can't accompany you. It's not like he/she's stuck in your home country at the moment and can't come to Canada for some convincing reason.

Passport lost 2 weeks to landing, Help!!!

They will reissue the visa, but I'm not sure about the exact procedure. Just call the CIC call center or send an email to CPC Ottawa and ask them what to do.

Passport lost 2 weeks to landing, Help!!!

Wrong. Don't come to the POE without a reissued visa stamp on your passport.

extra points to international students. When it will happen? any guess

Stop painting doomsday scenario. Wait a couple of months for the scores to come down. They are taking care of pre-EE backlog and meeting their immigration target with non-EE people.

Primary Occupation - 1 year of work experience (either CEC or FSW)

What NOC is laundry supervisor? Sounds like a very low skilled job. Should not be eligible for PR.

    QUEBEC PEQ LETS SHARE EXPERIENCE!!

If you're outside outside Quebec but you're using a Quebec address on your file you are seriously misrepresenting yourself. If you're living in another province you should have withdrawn your Quebec application because it appears you don't intend to live in Quebec at all, otherwise you wouldn't...

Mathematical approach to figure out future Draw

You can only come up with these trends if you assume a uniform distribution of applicants, and sadly it's not uniform. For example, the jump in the number of applicants between 444 to 445 (1 point difference) maybe more than between 470 to 500 (30 point difference).

    Our Landing Experience ~

No. These guys make it sound so complicated. Bring all your expired permits, but it's not mandatory. Just walk to the US border, return with a refusal sheet from the US border officer and tell the officers on the Canadian side that you're landing. They'll do what they have to do. That's it.

Unless you already have been assessed by ACS, I really doubt you have 65. ACS will 'eat into' your years of experience ( anywhere between 2 to 8 ) to provide a +ve assessment (if at all), so you can't use all your years of experience to calculate points.

Express Entry rejected within a day even with HIGH points

If he tries to go back, he will be reported at immigration and eventually lose PR.

co-op work term on PGWP counted as work experience

You are not supposed to work as a co-op student once you graduate. That means you lied to get the job and deprived another student of this opportunity. CIC will not like it.

Probably not, but without 7 in each you will most likely not have enough points (because you will get 0 for English).

    Express Entry Alternative

I would advice just wait. EE is focusing on old applications at the moment. In 2015 when EE was taking more applicants, our 2014 applications were put on hold. This year EE started processing 2014 applications in full throttle - at the same time taking less applicants from EE pool. When I...

6 years (must be related to nominated occupation!) will be eaten up by ACS + submit an RPL (recognition of prior learning) application to ACS. If ACS recognizes 6 years of your experience as closely related AND your RPL application is successful, you will get a +ve assessment (note this does...

That is a consultant's link, NOT Aus Gov link. For visa 189, you get 0 points for Competent English (which is 6 in all component). There's nothing called "minimum requirements". It's a points based system. Minimum you need is 60 points (not easy to get), but for some occupations you will need...

Wrong. For 6 in any one IELTS component, you get 0 points for English. To get the minimum 10 points for English, all components (reading, speaking, listening, writing) must be scored at least 7.
