    Continuous work Experinece

NO his question is not about FSW! It's obvious he's talking about claiming EE points for foreign work experience.

Why don't take your own advice - if you don't like me you can simply choose not to respond and keep moving on. My posts have helped a lot of people.

    PR application refusal

Transfer to another profile, apply again and get rejected again. What has really changed since the last time your application got rejected? Nothing I would assume.

    PR application refusal

1 - Sadly there is nothing you can do. If you applied again with a modified list of duties, you may be in trouble for misrepresentation. 2 - Your PNP nomination is now useless as well if you were nominated based on this experience.

Plz help: Should I accept the invitation with less than a year work experience?

    Work experience count 1560 hours

Don't misguide people with bullshit. Unpaid leave doesn't count. Don't be too focused on the magic number 1560. You need 52 weeks at 30 hrs/ week minimum and you cannot make up for it by working extra any particular week. Understood?!

    URGENT HELP!!!

But extending your stay in itself didn't help you get PR. It's a pointless exploitation of a loophole. Not illegal, but thoroughly pointless, and for some a matter of ethics.

    URGENT HELP!!!

And to what end? What's the point of staying here longer with no job? Meaningless. OP, just go back home and get a job. When you get ITA, apply for PR.

Missing CV, OINP return my application

It doesn't take a genius to prepare and submit an immigration application. You guys pay thousands to lawyers to mess up your application, lol. I don't even understand why lawyers would handle immigration stuff, unless you go for an immigration related law suit.

    Australia Immigration

I'm very skeptical about this "Master's degree saves 1 year" thing. Never seen this on ACS site. Maybe there was something like that in the past, but not anymore..
