Post ITA - 60 days for what?

Yes, not disputing that. When did you start filling out the post-ITA questionnaire? How many days after getting ITA?

Post ITA - 60 days for what?

Nop never applied through EE. But I remember seeing similar message for other applications: "You have 60 days, including today, to complete this application or profile." What it means is that it's just deleted after 60 days and you start from scratch.

Post ITA - 60 days for what?

I have noticed this is a MyCIC thing. Same applies for all online immigration applications, not only EE applications.

Post ITA - 60 days for what?

Whatever you have uploaded and saved will be gone after 60 days. So you will have to fill out forms and upload documents again (and submit before ITA expires).

    Personal history question

No. Unless it's also in your work history in EE profile (i.e. claiming points for it).

Nop don't think data on # of declined ITAs or rejected APRs are available.

    Personal history question

I would put both in personal history. 2 years of study (since internship is part of study) and (optionally) 8 months of internship separately again. And no you don't have to get letters or anything for this job because you are not claiming points for it. Just don't put it in work history in...

RAY of HOPE 56th Draw (Predictions)

Right, I tried to keep it simple to get my point across. It will be way more than 5000 towards the quota. But when you make calculations like the guy I quoted, you have to take into account the average # of persons per applications instead of assuming 1 application = 1 applicant.

RAY of HOPE 56th Draw (Predictions)

Lol, is it so hard to understand? One doesn't contradict the other. If an application with 1 applicant + 3 dependants get approved, that's 4 towards the quota. Not an expert, just common sense. ;)

RAY of HOPE 56th Draw (Predictions)

What you geniuses keep failing to understand is that these "targets" are for approved applications - not invitations to apply or submitted application. So if, say, 5000 applications from last year is approved this year for whatever category, that 5000 is part of this year's target as well...

    Express Entry with expired PR?

Re: Express Entry with expired PR? Update:ITA!! I don't see what is getting complicated. You never applied in the first place. Now you can because you have ITA, but it will be rejected because you are already a PR!

BIG CONFUSION !!!! WORK EXPERIENCE ?

You are right. Ignore the other posters. Don't forget foreign experience has to be continuous. If it's 20 hrs/week, you must have worked at least 1.5 years without gap to meet the FSW work experience requirement.

    Express Entry with expired PR?

That looks like standard response. OP does not meet residency obligation. IRCC determines that when you (1) enter at a port of entry, or (2) apply to renew PR. Then they start the process of revoking your PR. I don't see any humanitarian or compassionate grounds to exempt OP from RO. OP don't...

    Express Entry with expired PR?

I think no need to withdraw EE profile (that's not called 'application' - you can't submit application before getting invitation). Revoke PR, then wait for ITA.
