Bro, If your university is not included in the Accepted university list then Don't do it. I read a post from a poor guy from India, WES evaluate his education and declared the corresponding Canadian equivalence but with "NOT ACCERATED UNIVERSITY" status.

CES UoT processing time is now 17 weeks. This time applies to all candidates who not yet applied OR their cases are under process at CES end and the clock is ticking once you documents received there from you and from the institute. You can see my time line under my post.

Best of luck for your file. As I missed FSW just because of CES and now I uncertain that what will happen.

I wrote after marriage name, as I will use after marriage name in CIC forms. Same may be applicable to you. WES have an option to indicate name change and to include proof (eg: Marriage Certificate).

Just to add in Scylla comments, Usually there are minimum duration mentioned some where in the company policy (Not in a contract) to get promoted but maximum is not included.
