I think they are working on an adhoc basics. They hire some part time folks and left the applicant to suffer.

Days are passing like hell and CES is sleeping like they are in a coma. Very dispiriting situation. At the moment people are applying to WES and yet getting their ECA reports. We, CES applicants have been waiting for months and still no hope.

No More hopes for me. Everything will be in place by the end of November. The doc holds me back is ECA. CES charged me on 23Sep2014.

Consultant have to do nothing with your file expect to fill the forms and compiling you file. It's you who is responsible to produce required documents. You know better, are you able to produce these documents or not?
