According to me From ~5 draw score will go up again as most probable PNP EE stream candidates will receive their certificates till then OR CIC will select a higher number of candidates in a single draw.

I believe that there will be a constant supply of high rank candidates with LIMA or PNP so score will never drop. But remain positive, I am hopeful that CIC will conduct draws for candidates like us without LIMA or PNP. But again If this doesn't happen this year, then this will not going to...
