Thanks for the reply :). Actually I already sent them an email May 2013 andthey replied na kailangan ko daw mag reply sa kanila the information they need (almost the same info you mentioned) but they also mentioned na need daw magpa evaluate rin yata sa MICC. Nagpa evaluate ka rin ba sa micc?

I know other people in this forum paid through bank draft. Most of them used BPI yata, mag inquire ka nalang sa nearest BPI....and yes kasama dapat sa application mo yung bank draft.
