No one knows except Quebec immigration officers kung ano talaga specific criteria to waive interview. Some applicants kahit priority and they have points more than what is required eh na interview pa rin, so para safe, set nalang natin minds natin that we will be called for interview kahit...

At least they will reimburse us the fee we paid to learn french once we get the csq and landed in Quebec...it's a nice gesture from them.

Kailan kayo nag submit? Did you make sure that you put a check on the little tick box sa portion na will not submit an attestation of french language? Kasi di naman required ang french diploma as long as you reach the minimum points required para maka submit ng application.

Pwede ba malaman why it took so much time sa federal stage? Kasi sa website ang processing time sa federal stage sa Manila Visa Office is 7 months lang? Para naman ma avoid namin yung cause of delay if it's our turn for the federal stage :)
