Our interview got waived and we submit our A1 Delf (both husband and wife) and IELTS later. After submitting Language scores we had 64 and we had our Delf A2 ready also but b4 submitting it we got our csq. In a month of submitting Language scores, we got our csq. We were saved by old rules.

We have Applied to Hong Kong Biq in July'2012 and Recd. AOR in Nov'2012. At the Time of Applying the CSQ we had 64(According to the Old Rules). Moreover we have also submitted A1 Delf and ielts both with our application.

A Long Wait Since Then....What can we expect?

Do you have any rough idea when the Asian candidates called for interviews during the period?

Last Interview i guess for New Delhi candidates, it came around November 2011 or March 2012 thats it after that none and all files moved to Montreal who applied on December 6, 2011 or after, even if they sent to Hong Kong but they shifted to Montreal, and they are giving csq who submitted B2 DELF with speaking 16/25 score or listening 16/25 or writing 16/25 in B2 cuz less than 16 marks in each part you wont get any points for that. And pray that this in April 2014, elections are going to be held in Quebec so pray that Parti Quebecois loose the elections and Liberals come again in power and then they relax some of the rules...Try TCFQ (for quebec) it is like IELTS one exam and scores tell you your level a1, a2, b1, b2,..... like in IELTS the more answers correct the higher the band....all the best guys.

Thanks Rohit for the info! Can you please share how much points you earned and if the applications went back to Quebec then How many of the applicants issued CSQ if they dint conduct the interviews for those individuals? Their process timeline is quite disruptive :/ and how about the rest of applicants, did they reject those files or ask for more?

Mr. Rohit, could u plz elaborate one thing?? If you submitted your IELTS & Delf test result on later date (even a year after submission of your whole document to quebec govt.) how come you qualify for the program??? I mean, in my knowledge one has to score 63 minimum (for a couple) to qualify for CSQ and as you've said above that you scored 63 only after submitting your language test results how the whole thing was taken into consideration by the administration?? The website of quebec administration says that the language proficiency test result must be submitted along with the whole application if it has to be taken into account for the grid pointing. Please let me know sir.
