    That's only on the federal stage, it does not include the CSQ part yet which takes more time. As soon as we receive the certificate on CSQ stage and submitted the application to federal, that's the time to count the timeframe of 7 months (Philippines).

    ganyan din ang intindi ko (it's jsut the cap, order of priority and slection grid ang ma renew)...however regardless of how we understood it, we still don't know what exactly will happen on April. So let's just continue on praying for positive response from Quebec.

    I guess by April 1 effective na yung new cap which is 6500, so regardless na fill yung cap na 20,000 or hindi for March, i think they will apply the 6500 cap by April 1 for those na wala pang AOR. Let's just wait because they might release new info regarding the details by the end of this month...
