The 2015 quota was reached months ago. The backlogs from previous years made most of it. Those backlogs will also account for a majority of the 2016 quota. They said between 15-25. They never gave a specific number they'd do.

Incorrect when you're talking about Canada. You only need to submit Canadian police check if CIC request it at a later date. CIC can do their own checks.

unfortunately no. 2 post secondary (one being more than 3 years) refers to university degrees. As far as I remember, an NVQ MAY get you secondary school points while there are none for city and guilds.
