Pre-Assessed..

Exactly, over 2 years of legal work in Canada, scored me and my wife 0 points on the summarization paper you get together with your invitation.

If they did not count these point, there is a chance I can qualify even without the 600 of the job offer...
what work were you doing? Only work in skill categories 0, A and B will get you points.

What NOC was the Canadian experience in?

And have you tried to update and resubmit the work experience portion? I made a change to mine once which dropped off the experience, made another change elsewhere in my profile and when that updated, the experience points came back again. So essentially a bit of a glitch worked itself out.
In my case I had 2 NOC, one as food counter attendant (working in a produce dept thought) and then produce supervisor. I was supervisor for a year before I left but my documents came late and they show I was supervisor for only 5 months.

My wife had several different noc, all with the required details.

I understand there are big glitches in the system, that is why I did not do any changes because when I did once, all my work exp were misplaced in time, so I had to remove them all and start again

I don't know if it would make any difference, but calculate what your CRS was without the 600 and compare it to the draw number for which you received the ITA. Would you still have earned the ITA? If this is an obvious error that CIC did not count your work experience then it should be part of your CSE.
Could you please tell me how I can see the draw number at the time I got my invitation? They said the checked also without it in my letter of refusal.

Is there a way to calculate myself how many points should I get for my work exp in Canada?

Technically I was supervisor for a year, my documents came much later, so on the paper I was skilled for 5 month only.

For wives, aren't they supposed to be good any work experience in Canada? She had a skilled NOC for 5 months. She used the open work permit I was able to grant to her.
