What does your background check column exactly reads.. that will help determine if its IP1 or IP2.

From the recent timelines, CIC seems to adher to 6 months timeline for most of the cases.. so you can expect updates and PPR in September..

Some people pay RPRF upfront, and for those who did not pay in advance they will ask to pay the RPRF fees any time before PPR. keep a tab on your account on regular basis as you are in IP2.

From the trend and wordings, yes it looks like screening. But do not loose heart, CIC is unpredictable and things can happen faster too. Keep your hopes intact and high.

CIC unpredictably switches between different streams, while it works on one stream aggressively, the other streams will be attended to in a sporadic manner. Its better to be prepared to wait for 6 months for the sake of our peace of mind.

Feb PNPs upto 28th Feb are moved to IP2, this week. Yours might move to IP2 anytime this week or max by next week. Wait is imminent. I am May AOR PNP and have already completed 2 years including the time spent on OINP. Hope keeps me in tact. Stay around for 1 more month.

NA2 or IP2, details on your account will reveal exact stage you are in. If your AOR is in first week of March you are probably more closer to PPR.

You will be given PPR much before that, however you have to be prepared to land before Jan 2018.

CEC and PNP are in the same boat. FSW has been CIC's pet for the past few months, but there is a change in trend off late and there are movements for CEC and PNP. Irrespective of the stream, you are approaching the 6 months mark and fair chances of your files to be prioritized.

Yes me too. Waited 14 months to get nominated and now already nearing 4 months post AOR. But in the process I learnt patience which has never been my virtue. I hope your wait will be fruitful in 2 - 3 weeks.

Most of the remaining PNPs from are recently moved to IP2, which is a strong indication of FEB PNPs will be cleared this week. I believe you will get your PPR before mid Sep. All the Best.
