Any idea, how the PR card communication(just in case new photo request) happens in this case, will we be getting emails to the newly linked email id or the old representative email id.

Yes, I have created a new account now and linked PR card as well as the old express entry application which was earlier created by my representative.

I second this, me landed on Apr 5 and was not able to link till yesterday and it worked like a charm today. May be the applications needs some time to reflect in appropriate systems. Please try again today, who could not link.

I donot remember I have been asked for email id at the port of entry. My PR process was done by a consultant using their official email ID and got regular updates from them. If they need fresh photos, will the request be sent again to the old email id used by consultant.

Exact deadline will be in the passport. In general, its one year from medical exam date or passport expiry date (which ever is earlier)..

CIC seems to be pushing everyone to their limits and then issue PPR, that way your test is done and you have reached that milestone. So right time for CIC to type in your PPR. Also consider ordering your GCMS to see if things are in order, but high chances for you to get your PPR before GCMS...
