Your final decision might change to approved once they stamp your passport. And then your return courier might be activated. Overall it might take 9-14 days from the day you have sent to NDVO.

PNP files are finalized only in their 6th or 7th month. Plus London VO is quiet slow. Looks like a normal thing and nothing to panic. You might get some updates in October, just stay around for one more month.

Yes, GCMS is not bound to specific stream, you can raise one. Though it will take a month for the notes to arrive and it will have the data till the GCMS applied date (so the changes happened to your file between GCMS raised and GCMS received date, may not be included in the notes).

I guess, there is no mandate for 180 days to raise a CSE. Rather, CSE will enable your file to get some attention if it is stuck some where..

Since you have crossed the timeline, you can email or raise a CSE about your status..

Typically an application goes through AOR -> Medical Pass -> IP1 (Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.) -> NA2 (Backgound check changes to NA) -> IP2 (Backgound check in progress) --> PPR. From your description you are in IP1 stage...

Looks like all your checks are done and VO has to pick your file for reviewing the recommendation and make a final decision. PPR anytime..

You seems to be in IP1. If your file goes through a typical cycle, then your next steps would be: Background check will change to NA -> Background check in progress -> PPR. I guess you belong to PNP stream..
