Hi all,

Just a question... do you get an email update when there is a change to your background check? I submitted all my papers in April and paid the RPRF upfront. My BGC reads Not Applicable since then. I didn't check my CIC account for some time in between so I'm not sure if this changed or didn't.

Pls do let me know. It's been almost 5 months now.

Hello everyone,
The CIC had asked for additional documents. After I uploaded my Background status changed to in progress then it changed to NA. Then a few days later it changed to processing your BGC. So I switched from ip1 to ip2. Correct? I was thinking that I was in ip2 since I uploaded my additional documents.

Hello Guys, anybody applying from Singapore VO office. I saw in some blog posts that Singapore is the slowest. Is it true? Does the processing time vary across different VO's. E.g. Manilla is very fast. Some people got approvals around 2 months. Some other VO's are also fast.

Any April PNP applicants moved to IP2 recently.. If so, please share the IP2 dates that will be helpful for PNP applicants who are stuck for long..

From the recent timelines, CIC seems to adher to 6 months timeline for most of the cases.. so you can expect updates and PPR in September..
