I wasn’t working then so no. I but I think you can show - if you haven’t violated the work hour limit when studying if there is any and you have the correct documents ...then I think you’re ok.

Thank you everyone. So the first thing that I hear from cic will be - that they’ve begun processing my application...say in about 30-45 days. Is this just an acknowledgement that the process has begun or is it aor1 which means that the sponsor has been approved?

Not that I know of. But once you’re at the physicians clinic you can ask them.

You’re right! You won’t be entertained.

You don’t need to provide the police certificate upfront. They will ask you for it. You can then submit it along with schedule A

Do I need to provide birth certificates of my spouses family members even though I’m not sponsoring them and have only mentioned them in the family information form. Currently I’ve only attached their passport photocopies.
