I don't think that bank will provide you with duplicate FD certificate. However, you can get a letter from bank that the FD are still active and haven't been encashed. And since the FDs are more than six months old, it serves the purpose that proof shall be valid since six months. Hope this helps.

My friend recently went for medical at Sadhu Vaswani centre. The process was quite streamlined. He was through with the entire process within two hours. The centre is e-Medical enabled and his eCas status was updated after three days. Hope this helps.
