In my opinion the International Courier is better as you can track it and always know where your ECA report is, whereas in the standard mail you do not get an option to track. I have heard cases where standard mail has taken nearly a month for delivery, so the courier is faster option as well.

Hello everyone. I am going to submit my PR application in NOC 1111 on 15 September. Am I too late or should I go ahead. CIC website only shows 56 applications against NOC1111 right now.

I am going to send my ECA report with the PR application and notarized copy of all mark sheets and degrees. Do I need to get another copy of transcripts from my university to be sent alongwith the PR application?

I have been investing in Gold and don't keep lot of cash in my account. I plan to sell the Gold now for required funds and keep it as Fixed deposit till the time PR file is processed. I will not be able to show the source of funds though. Is it acceptable proof of fund?
