    Yes, you can use your friend's credit card to pay RPRF. Infact, it is provided in the RPRF instructions itself that the name on RPRF receipt may not be that of applicant. VO would know that you have paid the RPRF as you are required to fill the UCI on RPRF receipt. Hope this helps.

    I also sent through DHL. There were three category of courier. Charges were 3000, 4100 and 5100. No delivery date commitment in 3100, in 4100 they commitment to deliver is within 48 hours and in 5100 the commitment to deliver is in 45 hours.
