My friend's CC was charged last night. His NOC is 2171 and application reached CIC on 20 August 2014. I think that September applications must be undergoing completeness check now. I am a September applicant. Waiting for the good news now. Fingers crossed. :D

Update on CC charge. The update is for my friend who is not in the SS. NOC - 2171 Application date - 20 August 2014 CC Charge date - 11 November 2014 (Time 3:56 am IST) CIC is working at lightening speed now. :)
