Normally your UCI should not change. I've been using the same UCI since I came to Canada almost 10 years ago. It has a record of you ever since you entered Canada. So yeah it shouldn't change unless of course you have multiple UCIs'.

Just make sure to have worked at least 30-35 hours for the whole year. They do not care about you working overtime. and just to play safe. Apply maybe 1 mth later after the 1 year CEC exp.
