Your passport must be received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada within 30 days from the date of this letter. Failure
to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please ensure that a copy of this letter is included with your

it means exactly that..send your passport to the CHC. Most probably it means that you've got the visa otherwise they wouldn't ask you for your passport.

And about your second questions..the time varies....my wife's passport came back in 3 days...people have reported even 2 weeks..so it really varies..

AnilGurung, I'm curious to find out why you had to send yours to Ottawa. Did you apply for TRV from inside Canada?

yeah.. my current country of residence is in Canada as I'm under a Bridging work permit and CPP-Ottawa was the place I was asked to send.

I sent my passport to Paris VISA Office three weeks ago and no response yet!

I sent case specific and also email but no response!

Any idea? Paris has no phone to contact!

I'm getting mine back today.. looking at the express post tracking number.
