It is not working for me. It is not specific to geography. It is a 500 error. Something seems to be wrong with their servers. I suspect they have some issues with the databases serving the info to the webpage, which might explain why only some folks aren't able to access their accounts.

It still isn't working for me. I have absolutely no idea what they are doing about it. It has been almost a week since this stopped working for many of us.

I doubt they've a criteria for this. Like a few others have found out after telephonic discussions with the OINP folks, they seem to have segregated the applications by batches. By some weird luck, the batch that processed late Nov - December applications have been able to finish up their stuff...
